Rule 15d-3 -- Reports for Depositary Shares Registered on Form F-6
Annual and other reports are not required with respect to Depositary Shares registered
on Form F-6 . The exemption in this section
does not apply to any deposited securities registered on any other form under the
Securities Act of 1933.
