Rule 13a-17 -- Reports of Asset-Backed Issuers on Form 10-D.
Every asset-backed issuer subject to Rule 13a-1 shall
make reports on Form 10-D (Rule 249.312 of this chapter). Such reports shall
be
filed
within the
period specified in Form 10-D.
