February 22, 2018 12:10pm
Rm. 114

Considering a summer internship?  Wonder what firms are looking for?  Then, don't miss this opportunity to learn firsthand when a panel of attorneys from in-house, firms and public orgnizations visit Cincinnati Law to answer your questions. They'll share what skills are valued by employers looking for interns, how to make a good impression, how to get recommendation letters at summer's end, how to stand out, what not to do... and more.  The conversation will also cover diversity in the law practice.

Panelists include:

  • Elissabeth Swedenburg - a recent graduate of UNC School of law and currently in-house counsel at Procter and Gamble
  • Natalia Harris - a graduate of UD School of Law and currently chief counsel of the Prosecution Division at the Cincinnati Law Department
  • Kimberly Amrine - a graduate of GWU Law school and currently a partner and director of Diversity and Inclusion at Frost Brown Todd.

This event is co-sponsored by the CBA's Young Lawyer's Section, BLSA, APALSA, LLSA, UC Law Women, MLA, and ACS.

Food (Pad Thai) will be served.
