Judge in Residence, the Hon. Bernice Donald, will present the school-wide talk "Undermining Democracy through Felony Disenfranchisement Laws."  Her lecture will discuss the following: State laws that prohibit millions of Americans with felony convictions from voting are barriers to full democratic participation. Judge Donald will discuss this pressing issue that implicates civil rights, social justice, and prison reform.
