 featuring Al Gerhardstein of Gerhardstein & Branch Co., LPA

What happens when validly married same sex couples move to Ohio?  Should the state recognize the marriage for purposes of death certificates? Or when a couple seeks to have children?  Civil rights attorney Al Gerhardstein will answer these and other questions.   He currently represents couples seeking such recognition in Obergefell v. Wymyslo and Henry v. Wymyslo.
