Matt Strzynski Joins Cohen Garelick & Glazier as Partner
Indianapolis, Ind. –Matt Strzynskihas joined the law firm of Cohen Garelick & Glazier as partner. Strzynski concentrates hispractice in a wide range of commercial matters, including litigation, creditors’ rights, banking, real estate, and construction.
Strzynski received his B.A. degrees in Latin and Criminal Justice from Indiana University, and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati, where he was elected to Order of the Coif, won the Commercial Law Academic Prize, and was a member of the Law Review.
Strzynski has represented financial institutions and creditors in a variety of complex commercial litigation, has been active handling litigation arising out of the largest real estate frauds in Indiana, and has experience in all aspects of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.In addition, he has first chair trial experience.
Strzynski is also known for taking an active in the community. He was appointed by Governor Daniels to serve as a Commissioner for the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, he is the Chairman of the Hamilton County Election Board, serves as the Chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Commercial & Bankruptcy section, and is an active member of both the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Further, Strzynski serves as a volunteer coach for the Carmel Dad’s Club.
