Rhonda Frey '96 and Kevin M. Tierney '00 Named as New Members to Frost Brown Todd

February 6, 2013 (Cincinnati, OH) – Frost Brown Todd has recently named three attorneys in the Cincinnati office to serve as Member, out of which two are UC Law alumni. The new members include: Rhonda Frey '96 and Kevin M. Tierney '00.

Rhonda Frey '96 practices in the Regulated Business group. For the past five years, Frey has served as the Assistant Compliance Officer for TriHealth, Inc. In this capacity, she counsels hospitals and physicians with regard to medicare and Medicaid compliance, including billing and coding issues, provider-based facilities, auditing and monitoring, and anti-kickback and false claims violations. Frey is also a member of several organizations such as the Health Care Compliance Association and American Health Lawyers Association.

Kevin M. Tierney '00 is in the Business Litigation practice group. Tierney represents clients in matters concerning forgery, bank fraud, securities fraud, environmental crimes, healthcare fraud and abuse, and other white collar crimes. Prior to joining the firm, Tierney served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Ohio. He also has experience as a Special Agent for the United States Secret Service for seven years, where he handled federal criminal investigations and prosecutions.
