Whitney C. Gibson named Partner in Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease
Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease is pleased to announce that Whitney C. Gibson has been named partner of the firm.
Gibson is a member of the firm’s litigation group in the Cincinnati office. He has particular experience representing companies and individuals in cases involving Internet issues, including Internet defamation. Gibson also has experience in False Claims Act cases, RICO cases, government contract cases, class-actions, medical- malpractice litigation, probate, trust and fiduciary litigation, breach of contract, copyright, trademark, false advertising litigation and complex commercial litigation. He received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and was an associate member of the Cincinnati Law
Review. Gibson received his B.S. from Penn State University.
Gibson, who currently lives in suburban Cincinnati, is one of two attorneys elevated to partner in the firm’s
Cincinnati office and is among 13 throughout the firm to be elevated in 2013.
