Defining Strategy and Our Future

The strategic plan is the roadmap to our future. Building on our strengths to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future, the Strategic Plan outlines our priorities and initiatives, delineates an overarching strategy, and identifies a series of action steps necessary for continued success.

The first Strategic Plan was published in fall 2006. We have committed to providing our stakeholders with a regular update, measuring our dreams against reality.
