10/04/2006 - Second-year law student Jessica Kinnan has written an article featured in this month's Cincinnati Bar Association Report (CBA Report). Entitled "Ask Yourself: Do I Have a Client," it is a discussion about the parameters of the attorney-client relationship.
Kinnan is a law clerk to the CBA's general counsel.
