Hear ye! Hear ye! Get a front row seat at UC Law’s first mock custody trial. Watch as Judge Susan Tolbert oversees the case, while real-life attorneys cross examine the court’s parenting specialist.
Susan Laker Tolbert has served as judge of the Domestic Relations Division of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Court since 1999. Prior to that, Judge Tolbert was an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Hamilton and Clermont County Prosecutor's Offices. In Hamilton County, she served as an appellate prosecutor, representing the State of Ohio in the First District Court of Appeals, Ohio Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court on capital cases and other criminal matters, and was in charge of prosecutions dealing with mentally ill offenders.
