At UC Law, we develop legal professionals ready to assume leadership roles in the global marketplace. You will build a solid foundation of legal knowledge, have a wide variety of opportunities to practice lawyering skills and work with real clients, and develop the values and ethics of the profession.

THINK Our innovative curriculum provides a solid foundation of legal and analytical principles and professional ethics.  Our outstanding faculty are legal experts who will help you build knowledge of the law and think about how the law impacts society.

DO You also will hone your lawyering skills with real-world experiences offered by our centers and institutes, or through one of our clinics or externship programs. You can learn to do lawyering tasks in our many simulation classes, including negotiating and drafting documents for a corporate transaction, representing a client in a mediation, arguing before an appellate court, handling trial preparation, and helping to form a new business.

BE With the support of our Center for Professional Development and our alumni network around the world, you will build your professional resume and soon find your place as a practicing lawyer, business executive, or public servant.
