Marjorie offered three CLE courses through her Center for Practice in Negotiation and Problem Solving:

  • Decision Analysis for Lawyers and Clients
  • Getting to the Goal in Tough Negotiations (with Dwight Golann (Suffolk))
  • Mediation Advocacy: How to Borrow a Mediator's Powers (with Prof. Golann)
