Professor Biancalana has served on the faculty since 1983, coming to the University of Cincinnati following a Bigelow Fellowship at the University of Chicago Law School. Professor Biancalana chaired the College's Academic Policy and Curriculum Committee for several years in addition to his service as a faculty member on the Honor Council.
