Professor Bai holds a PhD in Finance from Duke University and a JD from University of Texas at Austin. Following law school, she spent 10 years working in the areas of corporate finance and securities law in New York and Hong Kong, as a corporate lawyer with O'Melveny & Myers, an investment banker with Oppenheimer & Co., and a financial market regulator with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Professor Bai is teaching Corporate Finance and Property.
