Marjorie attended the Spring Meeting of the CPR Institute for Dispute
Resolution and facilitated a discussion session on mediation advocacy
and neutral practice challenges. She also gave a presentation on Psychological
Issues in Negotiation to the Cincinnati Bar Association's Family Law
Section.
Paul
Caron
Paul was a Visiting Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School
of Law, where he taught Federal Estate and Gift Taxation. He presented
Teaching Law Through Stories at USD's weekly faculty colloquium
series.
Foundation Press has agreed to publish Paul's latest book, Tax Stories:
An In-Depth Look at the Ten Leading Federal Income Tax Cases (with
Joe Bankman, Karen Brown, Pat Cain, Joseph Dodge, Marjorie Kornhauser,
Joel Newman, Russell Osgood, Dan Shaviro, Deborah Schenk & George
Yin). In addition, Paul has agreed to serve as the Series Editor for Foundation
Press in developing Legal Stories books in other areas of law modeled
after the Tax Stories concept.

of The Grains of Rice, the quarterly newsletter of the Cincinnati

Weissenberger
Glen survived a knife attack in broad daylight as he was leaving the College
of Law on June 18. The assailant knifed Glen in the back as he was about
to unlock his car, and thankfully ran off after the attack. A bystander
brought Glen to University Hospital where the emergency room doctors stitched
him up and sent him home that night.
