Street Law Externship

During this program, each law student teaches the Street Law curriculum at an area high school during one fifty-minute section three days per week. The curriculum includes legal topics such as introduction to law, family law, constitutional law, housing law, criminal law and/or torts. There is also a classroom component in which the law students learn both the interactive teaching techniques and the substantive law they will be teaching. Students may not enroll concurrently in the other Extern programs.
