Earl ’10 and Bernay ‘10 Named New Associates at Frost Brown Todd
Nov 29 2010 Amanda A. Earl ’10 and Aaron M. Bernay ’10 are new associates at Frost Brown Todd.
Earl was previously employed as a construction professional with the firm and is now an associate practicing Construction Law in the Litigation department. Earl is also a registered professional engineer in Ohio. Prior to joining FBT, she worked with a large general contractor/developer in the Cincinnati/Dayton area, where she was responsible for project management, estimating, scheduling, contracting, and job cost reporting.
Bernay practices in the firm’s Cincinnati office in the Litigation department. He represents and advises clients in a wide range of litigation areas, with a focus on products liability cases. Prior to entering law school, Bernay worked for the international trade practice of a Washington D.C. law firm and analyzed money laundering and financial crimes cases for a large plaintiffs’ firm. During law school, Bernay served as a notes and comments editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and was a three-year fellow at UC’s Corporate Law Center.
