CINCINNATI— Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce that Vance VanDrake, an attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, has been named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s 2011 “Forty Under 40” list.

This year, a 28-member panel combed through nearly 470 nominations to select 40 young people in the region that represent the next generation of business leaders and innovators. 2011 honorees will be recognized at an awards luncheon and celebration on September 22 at Music Hall, as well is in a special “Forty Under 40” supplement to the Business Courier.
“Vance is a rare attorney in the sense that not only does he posses tremendous legal skill, but he combines that skill with a genuine passion for assisting entrepreneurs and start-up companies in addressing their unique business challenges on the way to becoming successful businesses,” said Peter Rome, chair of Ulmer & Berne’s Business Law Practice. “This honor is richly deserved and we applaud Vance on his achievement.”
