October 13, 2011 (Cincinnati, OH) – Frost Brown Todd LLC is pleased to announce Thaddeus H. Driscoll has joined the firm as an associate in the Environmental Practice Group, where he will focus his practice on environmental regulatory and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Driscoll served for three years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. There he represented the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency in litigation before state and federal courts, as well as before the Environmental Review Appeals Commission. Driscoll also worked within the Major Appeals Group of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, where he assisted in significant appellate litigation involving the State of Ohio.
Driscoll graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was on the Moot Court Executive Board and received Order of the Barristers honors. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the late Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer of the Supreme Court of Ohio. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Miami University in 2005.
