Memphis, TN – (September 15, 2011) – Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C. is pleased to announce that Matthew P. Gabriel and Adam J. Eckstein have joined the Memphis-based law firm. Mr. Gabriel and Mr. Eckstein will concentrate their legal practices in the area of litigation.
Mr. Gabriel joined Martin Tate after working as a summer associate with the law firm. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of Law Review. He is a recipient of the Cecil C. Humphreys Fellowship.
Prior to joining Martin Tate, Mr. Eckstein served as the Law Clerk for Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Janice Holder. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati Law School, where he was an American Bar Association Negotiations Regional Competition Winner.
