Rule 8b-10 -- Requirements as to Proper Form
Every registration statement or report shall be prepared in accordance with the
form prescribed therefor by the Commission, as in effect on the date of filing. Any
such statement or report shall be deemed to be filed on the proper form unless objection
to the form is made by the Commission within thirty days after the date of filing.
