Rule 30b1-2 -- Semi-Annual Report for Totally-Owned Registered Management Investment Company Subsidiary of Registered Management Investment Company
Notwithstanding the provisions of rules 30a-1 and
30b1-1, a registered investment company that is a totally-owned
subsidiary of a registered management investment company need not file a semi-annual
report on Form N-SAR if financial information with respect to that subsidiary
is reported in the parent's semi-annual report on Form N-SAR.
