Rule 12b-5 -- Determination of Affiliates of Banks
In determining whether a person is an " affiliate" or " parent"
of a bank or whether a bank is a " subsidiary" or " majority-owner
subsidiary" of a person within the meaning of those terms as defined in Rule
12b-2, voting securities of the bank held by a corporation all of the stock of
which is directly owned by the United States Government shall not be taken into consideration.
