Securities Exchange Act of 1934

Section 34 -- Effective Date

This Act shall become effective on July 1, 1934, except that sections 6 and 12(b to e) shall become effective on September 1, 1934; and sections 5, 7, 8, 9(a)(6), 10, 11, 12(a), 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 30 shall become effective on October 1, 1934.
