Rule 476 -- Amendment Filed Pursuant to Order of Commission
An amendment filed prior to the effective date of a registration statement shall
be deemed to have been filed pursuant to an order of the Commission within the meaning
of section 8(a) of the act so as to be treated
as a part of the registration statement only when the Commission shall after the
filing of such amendment enter an order declaring that it has been filed pursuant
to the Commission's previous order.
